Excellent neighbors for recreation and healthcare literally surround The Villages of Charter Colony.  The 25-acre Midlothian YMCA has everything families want in a sports and fitness facility; a fitness and wellness center, before and after-school care, indoor and outdoor pools, and planned gymnasium with an indoor running track. The Bon Secours Saint Francis Medical Center provides quality medical, outpatient and emergency care for area residents.  It is the first new hospital to be built in Chesterfield in 20 years.
